Presently an Electronic Payment Card (EPC) is provided through JP Morgan/Chase Bank. Effective October 1, 2013 the JP Morgan/Chase Bank visa card will be replaced by a card issued from Bank of America. For existing claimants the new Bank of America cards will arrive in the mail in mid-September. Program recipients must have a current address on file with UI in order to receive the new card. The current JP Morgan/Chase card will remain active but no funds will be deposited after October 1, 2013. All funds after this date will be deposited to the new Bank of America card. Benefits deposited before October 1, 2013 will be available on your JP Morgan/Chase Visa card. Do not discard your JP Morgan/Chase Visa card until your balance is zero.
